General Terms:

Pricing:

Rêverie Enterprises reserves the right to determine service pricing on a case-by-case basis. Pricing may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the type of service requested, location, scheduling requirements, holiday periods, duration of service, complexity of care, and other relevant circumstances. All pricing is subject to change at the sole discretion of Rêverie Enterprises.

Right to Decline Service:

Rêverie Enterprises reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or terminate services for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to safety concerns, unsafe property conditions, scheduling limitations, incomplete information, failure to comply with company policies, or conduct that may place staff, pets, or property at risk.

Payment:

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at booking. Rêverie Enterprises reserves the right to require deposits, advance payment, or payment in full before services begin.

Service Refusal and Cancellation:

Rêverie Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or refuse service if circumstances arise that make the service unsafe, impractical, or outside the scope of the original agreement.

Policy Updates:

Rêverie Enterprises reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

 

Pet Sitting Services:

Emergency Veterinary Care:

In the event of a medical emergency involving a client's pet, Rêverie Enterprises may seek veterinary treatment if the owner cannot be reached. The client accepts responsibility for all veterinary expenses incurred.

Pet Information:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their pets, including medical conditions, medications, behavioral concerns, dietary restrictions, and special care requirements.

Safety and Liability:

Rêverie Enterprises shall not be liable for incidents resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, behavioral issues, aggression, escape tendencies, or other information not disclosed by the client. Services may be discontinued if a pet poses a safety risk to staff, other animals, or the public.

Home Watching Services:

Property Information:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property, including access instructions, alarm systems, emergency contacts, utility information, and any known hazards.

Scope of Service:

Home watching services are intended to provide visual inspections and basic monitoring of a property while the client is away. Unless specifically agreed upon in writing, home watching services do not include security services, emergency repairs, maintenance work, or guarantees against theft, vandalism, weather damage, or unforeseen events.

Property Safety and Liability:

Rêverie Enterprises will make reasonable efforts to monitor and report concerns observed during scheduled visits. However, clients acknowledge that no property can be guaranteed against damage, loss, criminal activity, mechanical failure, utility interruptions, or acts of nature. Clients remain responsible for maintaining appropriate homeowners, renters, and property insurance coverage.

Emergency Situations:

If an emergency affecting the property is discovered, Rêverie Enterprises may attempt to contact the client and any designated emergency contacts. If immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent further damage, Rêverie Enterprises may contact emergency services, utility providers, or other appropriate parties on the client's behalf.
